GENERAL INFORMATION

To Place An Order:

Purchase orders must but submitted in writing via e-mail or fax, and will not be accepted by phone. Purchase order information must be completed before production will be scheduled. Item, item color & description, imprint color(s), quantity, art, in hand date, ship to address & shipping method are all necessary for a purchase order to be considered complete. Any proofs (if required) must be approved prior to production.
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.Legend Promotion Co.,Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order.

Production Time:

Production time begins after receipt of a complete purchase order, including approved artwork, confirmation that ship date is within an acceptable lead time, and pre-payment or establishment/extension of payment terms. Production time may vary by product and season. Call or email to confirm current production time estimates.

Payment:

Our payment terms include, wire transfer, checks, and money orders. Third party checks will not be accepted. Insufficient funds, returned checks and other delays in receipt of payment will delay production and may affect ability to meet specified in hands date.

Returns:

Returns must have prior approval or return shipment will be refused. Returns must be made within 30 days. Custom imprinted merchandise may not be returned unless shown to be defective or a factory error.

Samples:

Random samples are free of charge and are subject to availability. You only need to pay for the shipping, however, when you place the order, we will credit the shipping cost to your order. Please provide an UPS/DHL/FedEx account number to expedite your request.

Trademarks:

The customer agrees to hold harmless and will defend Legend Promotion Co.,Ltd from all claims for patent, trademark or copyright infringement claims. All liability for the proper use of a trademark rests with the customer.

Rights to Promotion:

Legend Promotion Co.,Ltd reserves the right to use or show in displays, advertisements, catalog, brochures and other promotional uses as samples any items produced by us without any liability as to trademark or artwork right.
